Sized in European, we find this style to fit ALMOST true to size in the length.  Due to the thick lining, it can be a bit snug for you ladies who wear socks and/or have wider feet, and/or just like extra wiggle room in the toes.  You should order the EURO size larger if any of these things describe your needs.  Personally,  I could wear either the 41 (my regular size) and the 42 (size larger)  I would likely choose the size larger for the extra wiggle room.  As for width, we find them to be best for an average to above average width foot, and they do offer some adjustment in the instep:)
