The fit?  I wear my normal EURO size in this platform cutie beauty and find the width to be best suited for an average to slightly above average width foot.  I have noticed that if you float between two sizes for the length of your foot (ex. you have a sneaky long toe) you may need to try both your regular size and a size larger just to compare. The laces adjust for a perfect fit in the ankle and instep, however, do not make a difference in the width.
